The company was founded in 2001 with the acquisition of Fountain Lakes Commerce Center. Fountain Lakes is located at the interchange of Highway 370 & Elm Street/New Town Boulevard in the City of St. Charles, Missouri. Due to the high quality of life, affordability and excellent job growth, St. Charles County is in the top two percent of growth in the United States. Nearly all of the existing growth along the 370 corridor is accessed through the Elm Street/New Town Blvd. interchange.
